Our Organic meat and Vegetables

Denis and I raise Dexter cattle, a small dual purpose Irish breed that finishes well marbled and tender on grass between 24 and 30 months of age.  Although the beef takes longer to finish we believe that the end result is worth the wait and the extra cost, producing `gourmet beef'.   The Dexter is approximately half the size of commercial beef breeds, like Herefords, and so the cuts of steak are also half the size!  Denis and I have been raising Dexters for milk and beef for the past ten years, we firmly believe that tasting is believing and bet we can make you a Dexter convert too!  Sample a tasty roast, steak or some ground beef!  100% grass fed and organically raised!
